CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
All services offered by The Soul + Chi Library are bespoke and prepared for in advance of each session. For this reason, all bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
If you need to change your appointment, you may reschedule your session once, free of charge, provided that at least 48 hours notice is given. Rescheduling requests can be made via the online booking system, please see your booking emails for more information.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made outside of the 48 hours notice period cannot be refunded or transferred, as preparation work will already have begun.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as illness, emergencies or technical issues, please contact hello@thesoulandchilibrary as soon as possible. In genuine cases, The Soul + Chi Library will always do their best to accommodate an alternative time and day for your session.
If, for any reason, The Soul + Chi Library needs to postpone your session, you will be contacted immediately via email and offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
By scheduling and paying for a booking with The Soul + Chi Library, that includes completing a client intake form, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Rescheduling Policy.
